As the week is wrapping up and I get ready to celebrate another wedding anniversary, I am feeling like a lucky lady in love. I was reading on-line that it was Survivorship Week at MD Anderson Cancer Center. My husband and I wish we could have been there to celebrate. But, even many miles away we are celebrating life and love. I am sending much gratitude and hugs to a great doctor, nurse and team at MD Anderson as I celebrate another year with my survivor husband and hero. Many thanks to them for much patience and all the hugs. Blessings to you everyday!
Thirty three years ago on this eve, I was preparing to graduate from college. The next day I walked down the isle at the University Center and received my degree and the day after that I walked down the isle to marry my husband. What a busy weekend that was. As I look back now on our life, I see we are real survivors. We have been able to still love each other despite everything that has been thrown in our path. So I hope you read this, because the answer to your question is yes.
Yes my dear, I will marry you again!! I love you with all my heart. Thank you for wrapping your arms around me and holding onto me, as I worked through a lot of heartache the last couple of years. This girl's in love with you the man. I still see the stars every time you kiss me. You are my super hero and soul mate forever. Yes your dream did come true.
