Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday! I'm celebrating this day wearing pink, my favorite color. Just as the pink fireworks raced across the sky in celebration of Laney's birthday,they will once again light up the sky for me. I have recently thought of how wonderful it is to have a birthday around the fourth of July. I like to think that the fireworks are my joy bursting and celebrating life. I am thankful this day for good health, my family and friends. And of course, I am blessed to have my four legged friend here right beside me to celebrate. Laney and I will be watching for the shooting fireworks and hope you too will also feel the joy and excitement as another year passes. Happy Fourth of July to all of you tomorrow, from Laney and her two legged friend.
